The fitness centre was poorly maintained. Both the treadmills we're broken. The first room i was given was not clean and tidy, but in a minute the staff change me to a new room, perfectly clean and tidy

Food quality is based around quantity rather than quality. When we arrived at 0030 in the morning (flight from uk arrives 23.45 at airport) we were told we had no room and were being changed to another hotel for one night - all went well (the other hortel was good) but it meant another taxi ride and bed at 0300 rather than 0100 after a longggg day - I am told that this is not an unusual occurence for the Lincs Azores

Front desk was fast and efficient and staff offered useful advice. Room had good view towards coastline. Bathroom well designed and equipped. Breakfast available from 06h30, useful when making an early start. Free access to internet.
Despite being a large and impressive building, the entrance was small, cramped, and at the opposite end to the city centre. I found the piped music in public areas a little intrusive.

A nice hotel with all the usual comfort. About 20 minutes walk from the city in a newly developped area. Free garage and Internet are a bonus. The road connection to the island's motorway is very good. Approximately 7 minutes drive from the airport.
The spa facilities are functional, but a refurbishment would help.

The hotel was a good base fore exploring the stunning beauty of Sau Miguel Island. The rooms were comfortable, easily big enough for a family of four. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of different foods to suit all tastes,
The hotels facilities were basic and the pool area was poor. Half the pool was inside and half outside and it did not look clean. Sunbeds outside were on a lawn of bare grass and this was transfered from feet into the pool.

We like the fact that all four in our family were able to stay in one room. The view was spectacular, better than we expected. The staff was very friendly and the buffet breakfast was very good. Would stay there again if we go back.

Fantastic breakfast to wake up to. Free garrage. Free wired internet. Friendly staff. A perfect place to explore the beautiful island of Sao Miguel! Stayed all in all six nights at the hotel.
The hotel has turned 10 years and some things in the rooms need to be updated - floors, beds and mattresses. This detail did not bother us, just a notification.
